Fern Vale Farm

Fern Vale Farm is the beautiful hideaway of Melbourne-based interior designer Jane Charlwood. It's at the end of a country lane in Mount Macedon, Victoria and is over a century old. What a fabulous place to spend the weekend - enjoy yours!
