I love beautiful portraits - before photography, they were commissioned to celebrate births, weddings and engagements. Wouldn't you love to have one of these wonderful paintings of your family hanging in your house - I would!

  1. They're all gorgeous, but I really like the intimacy and casualness of the 4th image. Have a great weekend. Lee :)

  2. I love portraits, there is just something about them, the older they are, the more I like them!

Just wish that I could find one that I could afford as they are getting rarer aand more expensive by the day here.

    Have a great weekend,

  3. Maybe not one of the really stern faced ones though - I would feel as though I was constantly in trouble!
