Field of Dreams

.
As much as I love winter, I sometimes get a little tired of the cold weather and the short days. Lunch outside in the garden sounds wonderful - under a cool tree, warm breeze blowing, long lazy afternoon .... a few months away but I can dream!

  1. We have a dining table under our gargantuan magnolia tree where we often eat breakfast. There are hanging votives in the branches and an old candlelit chandelier that hangs above. It's perfectly wonderful and we do enjoy it this time of year. But I'm still longing for autumn!!

  5. Leigh, this is one of my favourite themes. You source the most wonderful images. My inspiration folder is about to explode with all the 'Brabourne Farm' posts I have save into there over the last few months!

  6. Great tables. We love to eat ALL our meals outdoors -- there is something civilized about it.
