    All the trunks are great...the first picture also has a smart way to hang what appears to be a canopy.

  6. I feel like you've been reading my mind! I've just pulled a lovely old wooden trunk out of storage and I've been helping my mother decide on a colour scheme for her new guest room - red and white (actually more raspberry and cream). Thanks for more inspiring posts!

  7. Thanks for sharing these. There was a time many years ago I had contmeplated starting a "trunk refinishing business." It never happened but I still have four or more trunks in storage in my basement. I might just have to take a few of them out.
