Treasure Chests

There's no room in the house that a gorgeous chest of drawers doesn't look wonderful in - painted, rustic or antique, they are a fabulous and useful thing to have.

  5. As a child, I was so curious about what lay behind those drawers. What treasures gathered were there. What they meant to the person who owned them. Thank you for the memories.

  7. Hi Leigh
I love these little drawers.. I do have a set of them .. but would love something like the 1st or 2nd last images.... We had similar when we were kids and I loved to spend hours plowing through them finding forgotten treasures.. They are so useful too... I keep all my cd's and dvd's in them... Have a lovely weekend.. xxx Julie

  10. Love these images, I just need more rooms for the seven (!) that are currently in storage :-) There's something so fascinating about all those drawers and the wonderful treasures stashed away. I've just recently gone through two drawers from my childhood - what wonderful memories they held.

  13. I completely agree with you and I love these ones that you have shared.
The more rustic the better in my humble opinion - especially mixed with a few modern items for contrast.

Hope you have a nice long weekend. Happy Anzac Day!

  15. Leigh I love those chests each and everyone. Tables, chair and chest of drawers (the bigger the better) are my downfall! Such a lot of living has gone into that first one!
