Hands up who has enough storage - no matter how big the house or how much careful planning goes into storage design you always seem to quickly outgrow what you thought would be waaaay to much storage space. I love some of these quirky storage ideas, particularly the dog bed and wellies cupboard - I wish I'd seen this when we were designing our laundry.

I love these storage ideas. In our new house we have a 'mudroom' and I am very exited about decorating it. With five kids, storage will be vital as shoes, bags and hats seem to breed round here! Wish I could stumble across one of those show trolleys!

With a husband builder and a young son, I dream about having the space for a mud room. Alas, we live in a small edwardian house in the inner-city so I can't see myself having such a gorgeous storage feature any time soon! Great inspiration though. Lee :)
ReplyDeleteI curse the original architect of our house every day for the total lack of foresight in providing adequate storage - people must have had few possesions in 1972! What a fabulously eclectic group of images Leigh - gosh you are a star!

I love the fabulous vintage storage ideas! I just bought four vintage egg baskets today and have them stacked on their sides for shoes in our entry.
