It's probably ridiculous to drool over staircases when you live in a one level house (that you designed) but I would love a beautiful staircase. Maybe next time .....

I too am in love with stairs and I'm doing the best, that I can, to get the best stairs, I can get,!!! out of my builder (who just doesn't get it).
ReplyDeleteThe torture for me in these beautiful photos is seeing that inner stringer along the inside of the stair walls. I didn't get one so my stairs just flow straight into the wall. ... with no detail. Sigh! I love the detail on the ship one. A-M xx
We only have 7 steps going to our 2nd level, but I always say I'm going upstairs Leigh! Love that last pic very much.
