Table Talk

If the kitchen is the heart of the home, then the table has to be the heart of the kitchen. I love long tables where you can gather lots of friends and family for wonderful lunches and dinners. What a choice of tables there is - plain refectory tables, scrubbed pine, new and sleek, old and battered .... dress them up with matched or mismatched antique chairs, modern brushed aluminium, iron garden chairs for a lovely country feel or long benches. That's just a few of the wonderful choices you can make!

  1. Beautiful photos as always, Leigh. I love huge great tables too, especially with non matching chairs. I just need to give my table a good scrub - my little two year old drew a masterpiece with felt tipped pens!

  3. I love these photos of the big tables. We finally got one that can fit our entire family and then some around it and I cannot tell you how much I am in love with it. EVERYONE should own one!
