Garden Urns

.
Urns make a wonderful focal point in a garden and you mostly see them in formal garden settings where they instantly grab your attention. They look beautiful as part of a water feature or planted with succulents, lavenders and small flowering or weeping plants. Gorgeous!

  1. I'm crazy about garden urns and a few weeks ago saw one at a garden centre and it was staying in the middle of a pond filled with water and nenufars. It was simply amazing! Have been trying to buy one for ages but here they are difficult to find and expensive. Love your photos. Have a great weekend,

Your blog is certainly one of my top 5! Everything you post speaks to me.
I'm currently looking to change my entry table (the one i just posted on my blog) and i sat last night pouring over all the images you post looking for something to spark my imagination.
If anything comes to mind that you think I might like, please email me. I'd be ever so grateful. grumeti76@mac.com.

  6. Such beautiful images Leigh! Makes you want to get a pool doesn't it?! The fun thing about urns is the diversity; new black ones for a polished look or old ones with moss growing on them that give a sense of "forgotten time".

  10. We love urns! These inspiratonal photos are just what I needed as we have a bit of a 'collection' of anitque iron urns and I am trying to find homes for all of them. Some have come into the house, but others need to find homes outside. I love the last photo, and then looked at the credits, and it's yours! Beautiful!
