Pale and Interesting

White would have to be the most perfect colour for every room - it adds space and lightness, it's calm and peaceful, warm and bright. Beautiful!

    I swooned when I saw that third photo--the white drapes pooling on the floor along that hallway with its gorgeous wide-plank floor. I could move right in!

    All divine! but alas why must white get grubby. I tried having a white lounge but with two sons it was a hopeless tale of neverending cleaning and scowling, so now i have a dark brown, not as divine, but not a mark in sight, cheers Katherine
