Hi Leigh, another lovely 'assemblage' of matching photos, you are very clever at this. I always thought that the association of blue and white must speak to us somewhere inside, because it seems that whatever the current fashion, it's a combination that works.

ReplyDeleteI always thought that blue wasn't my colour but, since blogging, I have had to change my mind. These are beautiful examples of how blue really works when decorating..... I just ADORE the dog with the blue necklace !!

Leigh, we are on the same wave length. I was looking at blue and white images today and thinking the same thing. So serene and beautiful and best of all...timeless! Love the dog, reminds me of that cheeky pooch Asta from The Thin Man movies. Hope you are having a lovely weekend:)

My whole life I have hated the color blue - then one day last year I decided to paint my dining room a soft grayish blue and now it's is the most calming color to me! I love all the beautiful pictures you give us everyday!

Hi Leigh, blue and white has to be the nicest combination. It must be a genetic thing as both my mum and my sister are fans of blue and white, especially in china. So fresh!

I love everything about image 3 with the gorgeous gilt on the furniture peeking out from underneath that wonderful mixture of navy and white stripes with those wonderful vivid blues. Oh, and that Jack Russell made quite an impression on me too! Very nice. ~Lili
