    Oh my, that emu (or is it an ostrich) made me laugh really loudly. I do like those paper pompoms as well. Enjoy your weekend Leigh.

    We celebrated my oldest son's birthday tonight...8 little 10 year old boys!!!

    They were in full body sweats after the party from all the fun....

    nothing better than a house full of stinky 10 year old boys!

    I can never tell the difference between an emu and ostrich either.. but I remember being chased by one when I was 8... At Bullen's Animal World [wow been trying to think of that name for ages..]... well the one that chased me didn't look this good!!!     Believe it or not, I used to put a little pink pearl bracelet around my chicken's neck. The only problem was, she had to run fast to keep the other biddies from trying to peck it off of her.

    Ohhhh I just love the Dowager Duchess in the middle! I can almost see her shaking her head in horror at the young princess and her total lack of style when it comes to tiaras. Bigger my child...bigger!!!!!!
