Some really great collections there, I love all the different ideas for displaying them... especially those pretty jugs, I'll have the cupboard too! :) Flick
Love them all. This post made me smile as my girlfriend told me on Friday that she has been collecting vintage glass lemon juicers for the last 10 years and is a bit of an expert on them.
I started collecting French blue and white china but think it is time to start collecting something else....
Oh aren't they great. I love collections... just have to work out what I want to collect... I've started on teacups.... drinking less coffee.. that's got to be good! A-M xx
More is definitely more sometimes and I love these little clusters. Collections are always a great idea and I love it when I see them in people's houses. When I grew up I had a 'cow collection' - I called it my 'cowlection' and thought that was hilarious.. (sigh). My dream was to have hundreds of cows and display the in a library style room I would refer to as the 'barn'.. Sadly my cowlection stopped growing when I left Sweden and over the years many have found new homes.. I remember how much fun it was though.. :)
The spatter-ware pitchers caught my eye. I especially love how they are arranged in the shelving and how they bring out the blue fabric in the chair. Of course, the hanging race cars are the most unusual and intriguing! Lovely post! I agree...if you love it, collect it! (I'm a new blogger and welcome anyone to visit my site: graciousinteriors.blogspot.com.)
