    Cold and rainy in California too, so I'm sewing and listening to Ted talks, watching the cat asleep in front of the wood stove. Big bunch of storm-battered freesias are still fragrant.

    I love the big fat floral print chair. So cozy and unpretentious .. we are starting to slide into Autumn and I am looking forward to cozy nights in with soft throws on the sofa and sadly no fireplace but I will still appreciate being cozy inside.
    This summer was very long :)
