    One of my signature ideas has always been B&W floors in my kitchen. I've done in in three different houses. During the renovation of our farmhouse, I removed the B&W floors in lieu of wide planks consistently throughout the house...and I love it...but must say I miss my old standard B&W...

    I had black and white tile installed on the diagonal in a former house; right from the front door and down the hall into my kitchen. It is the most welcome look to a foyer, literally drawing you in. I would repeat that look again in a minute.
    These images remind me how much I loved that tile.
