Paint is the best makeover...I must say that turned out great!
absolutely stunning! I love how you even re-purposed the old hardware as well. The gourd shaped lamps are nice as well...I have been keeping my eye on some at JCPenney's for $39.99!thanks for all the fab ideas!Hugs,Natalie
Very striking Leigh ! Another side of you has been exposed. Although we should already know that from your wonderful art & photography posts.Karyn x
I love this space! The new black coat on the chest of drawers works wonders!
Wow Leigh, what a difference a lick of paint makes - this chest of drawers looks fabulous painted black. Very lovely with the chairs either side too.
it came out beautifully.black is my fave.and those chairs were the same chairs i had at my first dining room table as a young bride.xx
It is exciting to see what a can of paint can do to bring an old piece a new life. Black was a great choice.
Wow! It looks great, I just hope I do as good a job on the table I am working on. I have bought an antique pine table and preparing it to paint the legs and skirting in a French wash.By the way I got the paint for my house, I ended up with Resene Foggy grey, I think it will work well. Hope you managed to match up the grey for yours.
It looks amazing! I love the colour too! So elegant.B
Great job and really love your painting too.xxx Dj
