  2. I had a kitchen with black cabinets about 10 years ago, and I really loved it. I like the look of white uppers and black island cabinets. Very French!

  6. Hey wait! The second and fifth photo are the same room opposite views...love the gilt chandeliers - makes the dining island just a bit more formal.
    Our "formal" dining table is now in the kitchen - as I put a pool table in the dining room.
