We have downlights in our kitchen but I am starting to wonder if I should install pendant lights over the island or the table. I keep seeing them in magazines and loving them. There are so many lovely styles to choose from - maybe I should start my search!

ReplyDeleteI love pendant lights, and these are great examples! I have two above my island that I love! Mine are antique industrial halophane shades that we had retrofited as our pendants.(Hopefully a photo of them is coming soom;)
ReplyDeleteI have three pendant lights over my island bench and I love the look and effect these lights create. Mind you, I've had the pendants for almost 4 years and I'm ready to change the style of pendant light over the island bench. This is the perfect inspiration! Lee :)

I think task lighting is a must over a kitchen bench, so permission given to upgrade to these lovelies from your downlights Leigh! I think our friend Brooke over @ Velvet & Linen has the best advice on this controversial subject!
