Another most helpful post! I'm striving towards something like image 4.. Thank you so much for your comment - I find it hard to believe that anything could be missing from your stunning property. I can just imagine Henry VIII sitting on your wooden bench at the end of the path!
Hi Leigh. I was hit by the flu this week so have been away from the computer and feeling pretty rotten. However, as usual you have cheered me up immensely with your selection of beautiful photos. Any one of these living rooms would be just lovely and those blue flowers in the last post - I could sit and stare at those pictures all day! Hope you have a super weekend. Clare x
I'm also a 3 & 4 girl the white and slightly more casual feel is what I am after. How house is currently your Grandmother's house all dark polished furniture. Beautiful yes but I am so sick of it! enjoyed the visit again
I hope that one day I'll be brave enough to paint a room a beautiful shade of purple like in that one photo. But for now I'll take either room #4 or #5.
Hello - I found you through your comment on Collage of Life - I was intrigued by the name Brabourne Farm and clicked over. So glad I did - a great page you have here! I really love this post- such beautiful rooms! I will definitely be back. Best, Stephanie
When I saw the second picture, I knew the color purple in my living room to have been right! I'm still glad to have dared to me to such an unusual color (Flamant)! See you on my wall and you will be the same opinion.
I love the 2 and 3 images .... and those little blue beauties (hydrangeas) below ... Wow!
ReplyDeleteHave a beautiful weekend Leigh.

What a beautiful shade of purple and the symmetry in the last picture is perfect and not too stuffy. It still feels comfortable. Very nice post.
ReplyDeleteHi Leigh how is that Tassie weather today. I love the first image so classic. Hot here in Qld Sandy x
