Perfect solution to a wet and windy day!Jeanne :)
Good ideas....all of them....smiles.
I am hungry for chocolate cake! That hot cocoa looks yummy too. But this looks like a perfect outing. Thanks for sharing.
My umbrella is so worn and my wellies are a chocolate brown!Yuck!Happy new year!-Kelley
Here at Madrid it's very cold I choose the last two options ... so comfortable and warm and so delicious!!!Have a nice sunday,Cecilia
Slice the cake...I'm here!!!!Just popped a spinach puff psstry in the oven...Ina Gartens recipe...sound good?xoxo~Kathy @ Sweet Up-North Mornings...
I choose the last two. I am tired of wet and cold weather this year.
Hope you are having a wonderful, albeit wet, Sunday. It's snowy and cold here so I think I'll be like the bunny in the last picture and just snuggle in for the duration! Hope you stay dry!Kat :)
Oh, so sweet...I'll stay inside with the bunny and the hot cocoa please. ~Lili
Bonjour Leigh,Sounds like a perfect solution for a rainy day and in the same order, especially those last three!Happy weekend and stay warm and dry!
I like how you think! I smiled at each photo. And I'd love some cake. When shall I arrive?Brenda
SWEET!LeePS... Leigh, fabulous kitchen and great room ...magazine worthy... so uncluttered and simple... I am not a minimalist...but I love a room with classic looks, fresh and modern.
OOoh lovely! I could have done with such a pretty umbrella and those wonderful wellies today but it was waaaay too cold for a romantic outing! Have a great week!http://marinagrenadinescieldequimper.blogspot.com/
That sounds like a great day to me, Leigh.Gorgeous images too, as always.Have a great Sunday. XXXX
It's pouring here too Leigh... but our Sunday is not as elegant as this... we are monitoring down pipes, scraping leaves out of drains and making channels for water run off! A-M xx
Warm and sunny here, wishing we did have rain for the garden! My Sunday has been one of marketing with my best friend this morning, family lunch on the verandah and off to talk to the tomatoes to give them a little encouragement. Oh for a rainy Sunday to curl up with bunny, chocolate and a good book :)
Sounds like a fabulous idea!
hi leigh...this all looks simply delicious.... from the boots to the cake and cocoa... but i must say the bunny is my favorite.... have a wonderful weekend! x pam
I knew I could find fun here on a Saturday evening. Who does not love a 'bug' and a bunny!! Happy new week ahead to you Leigh xx
Sounds and looks idyllic....xv
I chose to stay cosy indoors with lots of cups of tea, a little fruitcake and 2 naps! Sundays are the best :) Louise
I wore my yellow and pink wellies, no hat, no umbrella and I went to the clearing sale of a property that used to belong to family and bought a kitchen (or at least part of) that is so full of memories I can't believe it. That's what I do on wet rainy days. Yours look prettier though!
What a wonderful pics!!!
I agree with those sugestions!val
Perfect things to do for a rainy sunday...Indeed! Love wellies, love cocoa and cake...even love rain!
I know you so tire of my saying this but your images are amazing. I am such a visual person and don't even need words sometimes. Thank you always for inspiring me. I really appreciate it.G
Well it wasn't quite wet and windy here ... but cold and grey ... and thats exactly what we did ... indulged in tea and cake at Fortnum & Mason, this Sunday afternoon!Hope your Sunday was great!xx
Gorgeous Leigh - love the VW photo and the bunny is cute! Happy Sunday, Susie x
