What goegoeus things - I do like weather worn garden bits and pieces..great character. It's funny how what we used to think of as junk is now quite desired! Yes, I hope to get out in the yard today but it's looking very grey at the moment.
Lovely images Leigh. We have a labrador just like the one in the bottom photo, but unlike this well-behaved pooch he'd be racing around tearing up the flower stem! Have a great Sunday Kerri x
I love your hound dog sooo adorable! If only they could be useful in the garden and do a little sweeping or weeding...haha. Sorry I havn't left a comment for a while but I am always inspired by your gourgous images..hope you have a lovely Sunday at Brabourne Farm, cheers Katherine
Karyn is right, it is like comfort food. I would love to take your advice today, however, the only gardening we could really do at the moment is some mud sliding! Forecast for more 'freak' weather here today. Enjoy your lovely garden..Rachaelx By the way, my four year old daughter is an admirer of your blog. She sits for periods of time just scrolling through the "pretty pictures".
Leigh, you reminded me how late I am with my garden work! Well, maybe next week. Still wet and rainy here in Brisbane. Hope you are having a nice Sunday. X V
A little too soon here, but I have started my tomato seedlings inside, until my husband accidentally knocked them upside down today. Oops. We do have a short growing season here, but usually not that short! ~Lili
Leigh - we're heading out the door right now - the sun is shining, the sky is blue & we're in shock!! Time to head to the garden centre! Happy weekend x
Dear Leigh, What fabulous images. The baskets with the spring flowers, the old galvinised watering can and the lovely old terracotta pots, the wonderful old garden chair but, my favourite is the labrador with the Amarylis in his mouth. I love him ! XXXX
Thanks for the encouragement! The garden was just what I needed today... we had such beautiful weather, and all of us got stuck into it! Not as picture perfect as those lovely images!! :)
How beautiful! Each photo tugs at my heart ....hurry up Spring and please let Summer's long, lazy days arrive soon and last even longer!
Lovin' all the rusty metal...my goal this year...to attempt to re-create similar scenes in my gardens...If I get stumped...I'll pop into your blog...so many beautiful posts!
Bonjour Leigh, Everything looks ready for Spring. I love those little flower pot carriers, they're so big in France right now. Your dog would feel at home here too! Have a wonderful evening!
