  3. Oh, so beautiful!
I'm not much for gardening. It's hard where I live with sand for soil. I love flower and vegetable garden's though.

  5. What goegoeus things - I do like weather worn garden bits and pieces..great character. It's funny how what we used to think of as junk is now quite desired!
Yes, I hope to get out in the yard today but it's looking very grey at the moment.

  7. Lovely images Leigh. We have a labrador just like the one in the bottom photo, but unlike this well-behaved pooch he'd be racing around tearing up the flower stem!
    Have a great Sunday

  12. Leigh reading your blog daily is better than comfort food !

  13. Karyn is right, it is like comfort food. I would love to take your advice today, however, the only gardening we could really do at the moment is some mud sliding! Forecast for more 'freak' weather here today. Enjoy your lovely garden..Rachaelx By the way, my four year old daughter is an admirer of your blog. She sits for periods of time just scrolling through the "pretty pictures".

  14. Thanks for the lift. It has been so cold here in Georgia (USA)this year - we even had snow a 3 weeks ago. The pictures have me dreaming!

  16. A little too soon here, but I have started my tomato seedlings inside, until my husband accidentally knocked them upside down today. Oops. We do have a short growing season here, but usually not that short! ~Lili

  22. Dear Leigh,
What fabulous images. The baskets with the spring flowers, the old galvinised watering can and the lovely old terracotta pots, the wonderful old garden chair but, my favourite is the labrador with the Amarylis in his mouth. I love him ! XXXX

  30. Bonjour Leigh,
Everything looks ready for Spring. I love those little flower pot carriers, they're so big in France right now. Your dog would feel at home here too!
    Have a wonderful evening!
